Dear Guests!
SMART VILLA
Our villa is equipped with smart locks. After making a reservation, the guest will receive a code, which grants access to both the villa and their reserved apartment.
WELLNESS
Whether you like relaxing in the Villa or prefer outdoor activities, you will definitely enjoy the wellness area. Our indoor and outdoor pools, as well as our infrared and Finnish saunas, will help you to fully reenergize.
UNIQUE ENVIRONMENT
Villa Lilith has extremely lucky environmental conditions, which you can enjoy from our panoramic apartments, but you can also explore the Lake Neusiedl area by hiking in the neighbourhood.
Wellness
On the lowest level of the building there is a common room, lounges and a wellness area. Those who like both Finnish and infrared saunas can enjoy peaceful moments. There is also a small seating area and a jacuzzi. The garden has a 3×8 meter heated pool for everyone who enjoys outdoor swimming.

Our villa has a total of ten apartments. Each apartment is equipped with a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchens include a freezer refrigerator, microwave, coffee and tea maker, induction cooktop, and a kettle, along with a dining table and chairs. Each apartment also features an LED TV.

The Fertőrákosi Quarry and Cave Theatre
The impressive quarry and the theater located here offer a unique atmosphere with concerts and performances. The quarry itself is a stunning natural formation, well worth exploring.
Fertő Lake and bicycle trail
The bike path around the lake offers stunning views and an easy ride, which also leads to the Austrian side. You can rent a bicycle or even an electric bike.
Sopron
Located near Fertőrákos, the historic town center boasts charming streets, museums, and the Fire Tower. Be sure not to miss the Harrer Chocolate Workshop, where you can take part in a chocolate tasting.
Lővérek
In the western part of Sopron, you’ll find the Lővérek, a forested and hilly area offering beautiful hiking trails and scenic viewpoints.
Nagycenk and the Széchenyi castle
The castle offers a glimpse into the history of the Széchenyi family, and the famous Széchenyi Mausoleum is also located here.
